Jail time - don't know the pertinent laws about false complaints. If there are any, she should be tried according to that anthe. 

Shame- no one deserves shame. Why shud she be shamed? Yes her false complaint is wrong. It could have been very dangerous for the guys, had they delivered "instant justice" like spot encounter or something. But even for this she shouldn't be shamed. We are not living in stone age.  They should give her counselling accordingly. Shaming is bad - as bad as instant justice. 

 

Also DB lo chala comments chusa...instead of commenting on false complaint(which is the blunder)...they were discussing and analysing about her drug usage or having boyfriends- intha perverted undi mana thought process. I didn't follow the case kani, I'm assuming media is no difff in highlighting the case for all wrong reasons.

Rape is a sensitive issue. There are many who silently suffers. And this makes genuine cases questionable. It does not cost her life tho.
