Modi and RSS want to pretend india is as  egalatarian as protestant whites in america. Govt has no business to be business is a slogan in america which makes sense atleast for white americans who are 70 percent of population. And they dont have any caste based clans network or anything.

In india this will mean a disaster - only those already rich and favoured by govt will thrive- rest may have future only as employees. Even in that lower caste employees will be completely crushed as indian private sector (except IT which is modelled on usa) only recognizes caste.

Every knows how hard is to go beyond a level in indian private sector if you are not "manavallu" of the proprietor.

Air india shouldn't be sold due to national security reasons but he is trying to do, Some sensitive material is transported in air india planes that nobody knows, army guys, RAW do that for covert ops... U cannot trust a private player for those

Do you know LIC was formed by merging so many private insurance companies - many owned by telugu people and in south. Valla deggara balavanthanga lakkuni public tax payer tho penchi now they want to give to adani/ambani.

With this not a single major finance company will be in south indian hands.

Honestly speaking, its good idea to privatize everything. Govts responsbility is governace and welfare of the scocity, not doing business. Thats motto of Arun Shourie and Vajpayee Govt. But the problem is the execution - the way Modi's govt is giving those assets at throwaway prices and his extreme support to Ambanis and Adani using the CBI/ED and etc. Many south Indian business len sold their businesses to Gurati business men.

Why should you privatise everything, even US lo everything is not private, if it's running good no need to privatise

South Indian businessman ni pakkana pettu gani, the point is modi is working for above the curve business man, he didn't designed any policy for medium and small scale business that's where jobs come from

I said many times - economy is not the main interest of RSS. Hierarchy is. RSS has no concept of democratic citizenship. Its about keeping the wealth distance between groups and not about incrreasing prosperity of  all people.

Who said everthing is not private in the US? Everything in the US is private except the ones which have implication to security and its domination at international level. Like NASA. Only some states own public transportation that comes under welfare.

Yeah, I agree he is not concentrating on the medium and small scale business espcially the way China did and provided the skill development in manufacturing industry.
