I doubt it, was announced by Amit shah suddenly and even media were not aware of it...They were reporting till around 12:30 PM - 1 PM that president will Inaugurate Sardar Patel stadium cut chesthe around 1:30 PM its Narendra Modi Stadium

It can be affiliated, but it is Gujarat state govt shadowed. Sagam google chesi raaku. things work as per state got in gujarat and maharastra
