Known for making visual wonders, Bollywood filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali comes up with another masterwork Gangubai Kathiawadi, a biographical crime film.

Alia Bhatt who became familiar to Telugu audience as she is playing one of the leading ladies in SS Rajamouli’s RRR plays the title role.

The teaser of the much awaited film is released on the occasion of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s birthday and we can’t stop raving the work of the director and the actor.

“Gangu was, is and always shine like the moon,” says Alia and she indeed shines in the role.

The teaser shows Alia Bhatt as a powerful lady with guts and sense of humor. Camera work is class and vivid, while background score complement the visuals.

What a visual treat. The teaser of Gangubai Kathiawadi has already left us wanting more!

The film is gearing up for release on July 30th.

I think Rani Mukherjee would have been better for this role...hatta katta tagada vuntadi, voice kuda set ayitadi...Alia looks way too young to don the role..
