2 days , 35 days ki kooda downgrade seyyatam is extreme. I hope they still get GCs without any complications.

I know many who did it for who missed eb2 dates by few months

to hear that. I know few such people who switched jobs thinking perm will only take 4 months . But now Prevailing wages and perm each taking more than 6-8 months.

Dude one is early 40s and other one is close to 50..do u think they would have taken a chance ..? Even they waited their date did not come in this turn..eventually it's good they took chance..attorney looted them for downgrade 13 to 15k they paid I guess for entire family.
