@Iriswest Consulates are open just ahead of 1 month of time and still there was ban and can't we expect atleast 50k - 70k spill over ? Dont you think that will make USCIS move the filing date in Oct ?

Manam anukunnantha movement undakapovachu. Asalu malli 2015 touch cheyakapovachu. Any SO above 100K is a good cushion. But with opening 1 month early, it gives more time for consulates to issue more visas. 60K visas will hardly do anything for us.
