Have you heard of David Benatar and the anti Natal movement? If not you should check it out, google it and there are videos on Youtube as well. 

It makes a lot of sense, no other animal goes through the pain and endures as much hardships as humans do when they give birth to a baby. It makes me wonder if it's nature's way of telling us that we shouldn't procreate.

Agree, most of life is a drudgery and bringing kids to endure that drudgery which we have endured seems very harsh even morally. 

Yeah there might one kid in a hundred thousand who will make it big and may not endure much hardships but 99.99% of them live a troubled life where they question their own existence and purpose in life.
