Management atla vundi mari, captive mines ivala gurtochinda ? This is how it works with PSU’s, they are bound by the political interests. Captive mines epudu lekunde yet they invested heavily in plant modernization. 
 

A modern steel plant woes don’t end with captive mines, the problem is management. They can’t even raise proper capital on its own to finance their operations.

They do the same kind of metallurgy that VSP does, none of the research happens there, most of it happens in DMRL and ARC across the street from Midhani. Midhani lo most of it is production, not research. Shouldn't be an issue to privatize it in terms of defence interests. 

Defence lo private participation vuntadi kani 100% stake sale or 1% stake sale lantivi vundavu, commercial kadu avi. They don’t set up the shop and sell alloys. Defence has completely different set up from financing to operations.
