I 485 was returned by USCIS

I feel they messed up application and saying some crap. Mine was on Oct 29 and it was accepted. I think either they didn;t apply or applied late or something else. I saw this in telegram post as well. I guess attorney was trying to kick back his prices without applying.  For EAD : run out of immigrant visa numbers doesn't apply..but does if GC date is current and if it's submitted after FAD. But dates didn't move back for Final Action Date..only filing date retrogressed. I think Attorney is hiding something here.

May be based on priority date they sent back
