Tax returns. Using LLC SEP IRA

Due to high tax bill, my CPA suggested me to set-up a LLC (Sep IRA) to reduce tax bill I owe.

Did anyone do set-up LLC and move funds to SEP IRA?

I'm in California and I was told CA charges $800 for reporting taxes on LLC, is that right?

If I set-up LLC and move funds to SEP IRA which will accrue some interest, do I need to pay $800 every year to report taxes on LLC?

From what I understand, LLC comes with a $800 fee per year + cost to establish LLC etc + CPA cost for LLC tax filing, is that right?
