You are mistaken, in any bench calculations in the US it's standard to include the weight of the bar which weights 45 lbs

Bench annadu dumbbells' analedu kadaa, dumbbells' are harder than a barbell for the same amount of weight mainly due to the fact that they are more isolated than barbells. 

I can bench 40 lbs when it comes dumbbells'  on each hand but can bench more on a barbell due to the above reason.
