I will do that bro...thank you very much...naa upper body and legs manchi shape lo untay but abdomen part koncham loose untadhi bro (baitiki antha visible kadhu but shirt teesthe thelusthadhi)...nenu picky eater so I wont eat junk food...protein shake regular ga theesukunta bro...%$#$
