Permanent WFH granted. Planning to decide between Atlanta or Dallas for relocation from LA.. No adjustment in salary for our company with relocation. So same salary in lower cost of living cities..

yeah. employers will think twice to reduce salaries as they might lose ppl. but they might stop paying high salaries for new employees.

Have to return back to office after COVID.  Some are already going to office for a day or two in a week.

Ma company last june lone started saying team A and B . Andaru vellaru June to sept on rotation. Cases perigi floor lo konta mandiki tested positive andariki malla WFH icharu. Nov lo malla mandatory kadu kani managers asked if we come for a day in the week at least. Valla managers asked to talk to teams anta. I submitted medical certificate and never went but andaru velthunnaru once/twice a week.

yeah. i worked for a while in Denver too. full snow padthunna kuda office ki velpotharu.

Yup !  The way they reacted to pandemic they wont give us permanent WFH for sure.
