yeah. are most companies like that in denver? my roommates used to work for a communication company and company rules were very strict.

I m not really sure but naku telisinavi anni dont encourage WFH. FT ma company lo can do WFH one day a week but it shouldn't be monday or friday.

the more remote you are

1)market will be wide open to recruiters and can hire anywhere in US . So lesser salaries as talent pool is more

2)jobs moving away from USA to India etc

3)no one steps out of home so local business will go out of business and bail out again from our taxes only

so ultimate ga manake bokka

i agree. will lower the salaries and lot of competition. but i dont think there is much we can do to stop it.
