interesting. by benefits i meant things like health care , paternity leave policies , holidays etc .  i though these are for all tax paying ppl.

Did not go to office since COVID since we were asked to WFH due to pandemic, inko 1 week lo 1 full year avutundi, office chudaka, office side drive cheyyaka, mostly year end varaku comfy intlone, tarvata we're told we can go to office or work from home, as per our wish, like the following scenarios

0 days WFH, 5 days office

1 day WFH, 4 days office

2 days WFH, 3 days office

3 days WFH, 2 days office

4 days WFH, 1 day office

5 days WFH, 0 days office.

I am most likely going to choose the bolded_underlined option to start with, and work my way up to bolded_italics option gradually over a period of 1 year.
