It’s WFH until Sept 2021, but it appears it will be on demand once normalcy returns.

we may be asked to come to work once in a while, May be 1-2 times a week.

We had a webinar couple of weeks back regarding WFH Do’s and Dont’s

There were HR and tax experts also present and they we advising the teams to implement hybrid models, like asking people to come to work once a week or on rotational basis just to avoid legal and tax complications. 
 

Like people may move out to lower cost of location while running they pay checks from another state, H1b’s amendments, re-negotiate on salaries, etc.
