the best i am able to get was 30 yrs @2.625 with $800 bank fee and 475 for appraisal or 2.75 with 0 bank fee and 2400 lender credit

need more info on the 401k loan, interest enta? adi mana accountke pay avtadi kada? and say naku 50k unai anuko 401k accountlo, will the amount be still invested in the market?

if you are making good money... go for HELOC man... ee mortgages waste

interest rate 5% untadhi but aa interest amount nee account lone add avuddhi, total unna amount lo 40-50% loan theesukovachu. Fee untundi but depends on who is provider, for me they charged just $200 as a loan fee.  You will loose any profits you get by investing it until you pay it back.

2.25 with no points for 30 years is superb deal
