its it just for part of it or all the amount?...say i got 50k and i took a loan of 20k....so I should loose the gains on 20k only right?

better.com bro .. they dont have loan origination fee, or any other fee. you just need to pay title fee and that is common irrespective of the lender. They will waive off the appraisal fee too if eligible.
