Rules of caste discussion by indian upper castes:

a) Do NOT talk about caste if it is their caste or their allied caste dominating the area. Scold anyone who brings up caste with a superior attitude "why are you bringing caste here ..its just entrepreseurship" "why are you bringing caste here we are just talking about crime"

b) Always bring caste if it is SC/ST taking a reserved job even if these people are never interested in those jobs(too low paying for them)

c) If it is no longer possible to avoid caste discussion (like CMs of AP or TG) then make it appear as if its problem of just one region  - like kostha andhra. And everyone else is patheeth despite clear evidence it is much much more in north.
