skills are based on profession they chose to practice and genes have no role at all, progeny chose to adopt to the same skills as their parent in most cases resulting in so called narrative

one who read Vedas never differentiate people based on birth, or at least those who clearly understands the spirit of sanathana dharma

Dude the idea behind the varna classification was to enhance the core skills of each individual and make use of it for the betterment of the society.  As much as you try to ignore , a similar Varna system exists even today 

 

1.  A breed of intellectuals who dedicate their life to research and scientific discovery and teaching and arts  ( can be parallel to Brahmins)

2. A breed of people  who are good with business skills and financial markets ( parallel to Vaishya Varna)

3. A breed of people good at extended physical and political abilities abilities  like soldiers ,  Police and Politicians(parallel to Kshatriyas)

4. A breed of people who are good at everyday chores and do the routine works to support the other 3 groups and also take benefit of their discoveries , employment , and security.  ( parallel to Shudras)

 

Society has always been this way and that is exactly what the varna system is .

As i said your history knowledge is pretty weak, so let me give it to you there are numerous people through out the ancient Indian/Hindu history who have changed their Varna by honing their skills and passions. There has never been a prohibition of it .

In addition you have to understand the basic Human nature to defend his livelihood in a societal structure which might cause certain issues and probably a certain section of the Brahmin community did this . 

 

with your minimalistic understanding of history , you can never comprehend the beauty of the complexity of the Indian subcontinent and its culture and traditions.

And to your point on Genes and DNA . its a proven fact that many human abilities are hereditary. yet again , please stop reading your stupid , that everybody is absolutely equal

 

Everybody is equal in all aspects is a myth. They are not , every individual has a varied range of capabilities . the idea is to treat everybody equal irrespective of their difference. 

The basic sanatana dharma preaches exactly that. to identify each individual for their own potential and provide the respect they deserve and also provide respective ways to attain Moksha

DNA changes over the lifetime, there is a stream called epigenetics

the family you were brought up influences your DNA thereby your future as well

profession being part of your core skills is still connected to epigenetics but not the DNA image during birth
