add few drops of extra burnt canola oil, you will get the taste

Secret is chicken..they usually get left over frozen chicken from restaurants that is almost ready to rott or already rotten . That adds to the taste

This is the closest I have gotten but still no way bandi taste

Get egg noodles from asian store or thin hakka noodles from indian store. Cook al dente. Make sure all veggies and meat are chopped well. This will make sure things cook fast and even. Patience is key in prep work

Buy a large thin metal wok. No need for fancy stuff.

When cooking cook everything on high flame only. Cook fast, keep flipping and stirring (practice)

Oka 5-10 times cheste ade vastundi

thick anukunta, also India lo inumu ani edo antar kada adi makes a difference, wok kuda India nunchii techchukovali emo.
