Please suggest paying 100k more Please suggest?

my sister(cousin) and bro in law planning to buy a home in mckinney and prosper ISD in reserve at  westridge community for 100k more than what that house cost last year. They did bid for it and they got the offer selected and now in dilemma to proceed or not. Is it really worth buying paying 100k more or wait. Even being a prior homeowner twice i am not able to suggest them anything because this market seems crazy to me!!! please suggest

i still own them...practically only assets i own..one primiary and one real estate.

Depends.  If they don't have cash crunch...they can proceed.  Market crash aina....they should be able to hold on and sell later.  Net migration to Texas is strong.
