I agree that any government agency cannot prevent Crimes of such nature but there aren't no CM's other than ajay Bisht  going to other states and boasting about law and order while such things keep happening so frequently . 

Almost like chandrababu boasting about being the father of indian IT , while in reality present AP IT exports are not even top ten state in India even after him being the cm for 14 years
