4 years back nenu visa issue (221g) valla US-> IND vachina. 
 

221g almost 1 year tarwata h1b reject ayindi. 221g time lo almost 1 year nenu min payments pay chesina but tarwata pay cheyalekapoyanu. 
 

Ind lo started working, and credit cards kuda balance transfer chesukunna around ($30k). Now ipudu h1b visa vachindi and planning to go back to US. 
 

ipudu US ki veltay, ela handle cheyali payments?

You can take advantage of the Covid situation now...call up the bank guys and make a deal with them...

defaults these days are not being reported to credit bureaus..late payments and penalties kuda emi levu...

Valle venta padi mari niku offers istaru 60% 90% off antu since 4 yrs aey kada. If you choose to pay then pay it. You can setup a payment plan too.  SLowly u will get CC . But now credit history and score might have been very bad.

nee account agencies ki evaku dora, purthiga nakinchestharu. Job vallaku salary account details evu, but adi collection vallaku emi teliyadu, unless u give it to them. 

neku oka 30k ala undi anukundam credit card balances, agencies 5 to 10% echi konukuntai aaa appu (may be even less), u need to negotiate with them and say 15% to 20% kadatha ani. Either send checks or better money orders in mail. Dave Ramsay gadi videos chudu ee topic meda
