Tax returns related question

I have been filing 1040NR-EZ last few years. F1 status.

Now I am a resident for tax purposes based on substantial presence test. So, should I use the form 1040 this time?

Thanks.

I am no more on F-1. Also, I clear the substantial presence test. So, I am thinking of filing 1040.
