Before recession interest rates used be 5 to 6 percent. Ippudu its totally different. Already eppatinuncho market lo housing shortage undi and it became worse now. Prices may stabilize but will not come down

my take and experience is never buy in buyers market.... multiple bids that eventually leads to end up paying more than expected...

Inventory ledu, new constructions are scarce to and prices are as mentioned earlier

 

dont ever buy home here ,.. u will regret 200%...  full desis kampu kampu chesthunnnaruu and more over... ashburn aldie all are above 40 miles from DC... no life there... better to look close to DC like in Maryland.. Rockville, Laurel, Silverspring, gtsbrg etc....  close to DC and home prices going up coz close proximity to DC... easy rents if u want to...

better buy in MD. close to DC and life untundhiii.. 3 hrs to NY NJ 4 hr to Pittsbrgh,,,

I agree with you and I had the same thought  ... my personal feeling is ... eod schools are important... once they are into we don’t know with whom they are influenced. 
Yadava desam Moreover oka age vacchaka strict gas cheppalemu ... 

rockville I didn’t explore much 

Ashburn schools are good ... if my kid is into studies  I might plan for fairfax or chantilly ...

there are many people who bought homes for 500 and sold it for 900 to mill now...
