Ok, if they are not really crowd pullers then they should not be paid more. Why are they being paid more? The directors should replace them yeah..masthu mandhi newcomers will be there who will want chances

Do you see nepotism in heroines? No. It's clearly an issue with gender pay gap and chauvinism in the society.
