Varun Tej and Naga Chai ki asalu market undedantava vallu Nag and Chiru families ollu kakapothey, it's pretty clear that the answer is NO. 

Ade Sai Pallavi atleast came without any background through her own merit, if anything she should have been paid more than them.

This gender pay gap exists in all fields, even in the medical field. My wife is a doctor and her fellow male counterpart who joined with her got offered around 50k more per annum, for no reason apart from the fact that he's a guy although they won't of course say that. 

In a field like medicine, how good and efficient a doctor you are has nothing to do with gender however the wage gap still exists.

Why doesn't nepotism work in heroines bro? Why didn't Niharika get an offer instead of Sai Pallavi? E lekkana Niharika is equally bad when compared to Snake Chai or her brother, why didn't she get paid in crores?

If someone is getting paid more for no reason, it doesn’t really make financial sense. People must be really stupid to not go for cheaper and better talent.
