When they started making the movie, who was the one backed? It must have been varun tej because of his father and his potential to bring in the producers and financiers. Karisma and Karena were backed in Bollywood too over many actresses. They just had the influence to do it. When all things are equal (not having nepotism/industry not being specific etc) there isn’t any pay gap as the markets will choose the cheapest ones regardless.

Lol, Shekar Kammula ki budget tho em problem untundi? He choose Sai Pallavi even before anything. If you replace Varun Tej with Sai Dharam Tej or whoever, it wouldn't have made any difference. But the movie got that much craze because of Sai Pallavi. It's not like Snake Bob financed the movie, naam ke vaste hero pettina it would have done well. Fidaa lo varun Tej = Lol Bob heroines that have no value. Still, varun Tej got paid more than Sai Pallavi.

What about the people who will work with the director ra? And the theaters they can release the movie in? If allu blocks them what will shekhar kammula do? He put him in because he can get things done in the industry. That “getting things done” is varun tej’s value.

So what you're saying is that men don't have to actually work to get paid, they get paid more even if they aren't as good as women since they are entitled to get paid more because they know "how to get things done". That's why women don't get paid equally, despite being better than men.

Where does entitlement for men only come from when they have value ra? Someone’s value can be both tangible and intangible. It is the same with karena sisters. Are you going to say the same about them as well? It is clear that some people have more intangible value. Understand that basic logic instead of coming up with  nonsensical points.

Do the heros in Kareena sisters movies get paid less? Did Niharika get paid more than the heros in her movies? Whatever intangible value you're talking about has been there since forever, it's is because men are making the decisions, that favor them. They don't want to accept women who are better than them, despite paying them less. That's the real problem.

The heroes in their movies are a bigger draw. Are you going to deny that fact? If the heroines are the bigger draw then people will stop paying heroes so much. Simple fact. Now the question is why is the audience the way it is? You can ponder over the reasons for it. You only get paid your value and that is the bottom line. You can live in denial and keep thinking that some people are deliberately doing it. It is counterproductive to think that way btw as it will not change the real causes for it. You can blame it on men and the people who are making money won’t care because they will do what is most beneficial to them - that is whatever the viewers/audience and the society/industry dictates.
