yeah, costly ayipoyaayi ipudu anni places lo... better buy any apartment in Hyderabad and expect rent around 20k for 3bhk... cost should be around 65L.

Don't think that's true , vijaywada can grow just as much as Hyderabad.  

If someone can build a ring road for vijaywada , it will grow faster than Hyderabad .

Bejawada real-estate has as much potential as Hyderabad  if state government Actually invests in some infrastructure. 

That doesn't mean it will be as big a Hyderabad , the rate of return will be similar

You may get a better rent in hyd . 70L apt ki minimum 20-30 vosthundhi rent

Never buy an apartment as an investment , they don't appreciate as much and the rent is pitiful in india 

I have seen colleagues buy 3-5 cr apartments in NCR region and get 30-40 k rents .   They don't even appreciate at all
