she is not the writer of the song, but collected that from village folklore and first sang that in rela rela tv show long time back and more recently on YouTube (Amulya Videos) ... so technically she bought that song out and pranam posindhi ... 

legally she don’t have a copyright to that lyrics but her argument was instead of mangli thanatho padisthe bagundedhi ani
