Look at the condition of poor People in Kochi to the ones in Bengaluru , you will soon realise the difference 

Even rural people have decent standard of living in Kerala , you go 50 km outside Bengaluru and notice the school , hospitals , drinking water , etc  and compare with kerala

Let me Frank we have enormous amount of people looking to get jobs , if governments start over regulating wage we will never generate enough employment . 

China sacrificed two generations of labour to reach what it is today , india has to go through the same phase to achieve the same .
