yes but they might retrogress close to FAD which could be 2011 end or 2012 early EB3. don't know if any GC approvals happening who is current at March from your groups.. do you see any news how processing speeds..

Entha kakapoina we will get 60 to 80k spillover. They will keep FAD and DOF 1 or 2 years apart. Right now estimation is EB3 FAD 2012 mid by September. So DOF retrogressing into 2013 is not possible for now.
