Do you apply in career sites of company by going each company of fortune 500, or linked in or glassdoor..

Dice is mostly for contracting. But linkedin lo apply chesthe desi implementation partners recruiter galla calls vasthunnai. So which way you suggest?

Fb & amzn work culture koncham similar. Depends on team & org.

fb scores over amzn because

1) yearly rsu’s at fb. Amzn lo stock perigithey ivvaru ekkuvaga

2) no mandatory pip quota at fb. Amzn has some quota & because of that some top performers could even get piped

3) perks at fb

4) career growth at fb better than fb

5) over all tc at fb  >> amzn

Netflix work culture completely different. Everything cash. No rsus no bonus. Netflix lo fire chesina 4 months pay ichi pamputharu. U will learn a lot...

interview mathram toughest of all the fang.. almost 10 rounds

Yeah i need to prep before i aim this high . Netflix on resume is something else. :)

Linkedin is ur best friend. Buy premium membership and send out messages to recruiters
