base 150-160 

stocks - 50-60k

bonus - 40-50k

health - 12k

401k - 10k

joining bonus etc unte only 1st year vastundhi

+/- 15% variance undochu based on the job roles / levels.... developers usually get paid more than managers unless thay are directors vp, etc

Amazon max base in bay area is 160k anukunta or 170k chesaremo recent ga.

the rest have to be stock in amazon.. most FAANG companies ki ilanto rules untayi

Directly managers kuda messages pedataru. Amazon manager oka atanu 3 rd time recently checked with me if i am interested. I told i need to do leetcode  and need couple of months for prep.

Recruiters aey torture chestaru most of the times. Key is being ready for interview.

 

I dont think its just about linked in profile , something in your job , location , company , type of work is inline with their expectations . 

For ex : not FAANG but a big firm in silicon valley recently started using a tool for their planning  ( this is a good tool , but not like earth shattering , we dont know how or why they picked this - various reasons ) but the end result is - as this is some weird unknown tool ,  people with that experience whether they are in texas or kansas , started getting calls from recruiters . 2-3 yrs experience tho 200k lu kottaru .
