lingusitic state is failure ? Rey errabus  entire india has been divided in to linguitics states now - ask a malayali, tamil, marathi, kannada whether they like their states or not. Northern states la okate language aithe, north india should be one state kada..as per linguistic formula..

The very first experiment proved to be hugely disastrous..Andhra Pradesh which was formed on lingusitic basis did not survive for long.
