how old is the kid? if less than 1o, you can always say that the mother is Indian Citizen (assuming she is, if not no one can help u) Say mother is going to India and the kid is dependent on her. Thats all he needs

if New york. everything is by mail. Google Emergency visa New york Indian embassy. Fill the form and scan the documents and send a email requesting emergency visa. Then Send all the documents in mail to them with return shipping paid for. All the instructions are there in the website. 

Even if they want you to come in (last time naa friend chesinappudu Nov lo antha mail), you dont need to take the kid or mother. Just you is enough. Call them and confirm.

My kid is 18 months and mom wants to travel to India

They are not even answering the calls or getting back to us on the voicemails these people are wired.

DC embassy was much better at this stuff. Maa friend okaru chesukunnaru in new york for the kid. Got the whole thing done in 10 days or less.

Thanks a lot just submitted the request. Do you know within how many days they will respond back on the requests.

 

my Spouse wants to Travel in 2 weeks so I can not wait on the OCI if it is taking 8 weeks.
