  • If the tenant has been away from the unit for more than 14 days.
  • If the tenant has abandoned the property.
 

Entry for Emergencies:

 

In emergency situations, a landlord does not have to provide notice. A fire at the property would be considered an emergency.

take a printout of your rights and show them next time ...... also tell them , mee wife and small baby ki pressure avuthduni ani

just break the lease and quit. or wait until lease is over.

you dont want to fall under all the trouble of filing a case and all that, its a pain in the buttt. 

Just take it easy and quit on the apartment.
