Need few clarifications

Nuvu Nov end lo file chesthhe you have to stay in the company till may end

Make sure 140 gets approved before that by upgrading to premium (Few premium are getting sent back but keep trying)

No need to wait for 6 months after 140 aproval you are covered on ac21, make sure you file 485 j  in the new compant

Thanks bro. Why should I wait till May ? I didn't receive the receipt number do they check the delivery of the package of my 485 from Nov.

Rahul lawyer is saying for eb2 to eb3 I140 amendment employee should stay 6 months after the approval with the current employer.

180 days from recieved date when your fedex reaches uscis, but wait for reciepts and make sure your 140 gets approved in premium processing, if I was you I will not move untill all these thiings are settled unless its unavoidable

140 yyou need not stay after for 6 months after approval you are covered under ac21 , but make sure you file 485j in new compant

You can change job safely if/when:

1) It has been at least 180 days since I-485 receipt date (not the notice date and not the date you received the notice on)
2) You got EAD based on abv I-485 application
3) In case you also applied for I-140 along with I-485, that I-140 should be approved
4) The new job is of similar occupation

Thanks bro.  Case status lo 485 received date is different from 765 and 131. I didn't receive physical receipts and got it from emma.

765 and 131 case status received date and UPS delivery date are same.

485 case status received date is 2 days before checks cashed date.

Bro 485 and I-140 concurrent filing chesthe 180 days on pending 485 and 180 days approval of I140 both condition meet avalisdhi anta attorney told.

"180 days approval of I140 both condition meet avalisdhi anta attorney told." this is wrong if you satisfy the 180 days on pending 485 pakka you are protected with AC21 , make sure you file 485J in the next job (even if you maintain h1)
