See that is why some regulation should be there. Vellu taxulu kooda eggodatharu. It is not only costing common people opportunities/livelihood, but also money indirectly. Government kooda vellu nepotism/monopoly chesthu unte, it  should not stay silent. Kontha varaku it should take the initiative and come down on them. If government is not doing it, who will do it? Common people can't do much other than post threads like this one and hope that someone will break the trend.
