Not really, I don't think the idea is going to sustain. There is nothing unifying v South India other than the idea of being in the Indian Union. Even if they break up, they will need to break up into smaller pieces, they can't exist on their own. That's why the British did us good in unifying India.

I don't think anything is wrong from the Central Govt who ever was in power, this was/is completely depends on how we want others to look at us... fighting with each other locally and also at the center and becoming fools and clowns.

look at the people we have in parliament representing AP...one who doesn't even able utter a single word, leave or forget about a sentence, other one comes in an special avatar in protest in front of the assembly...and one who speaks very polished English & wants to showcase their Party's name and so that same thing will be telecasted/broadcasted in their own TV channel repeatedly for week/month.

this is being done or followed since 4/5 decades and people got used to it... and these so called elected/bought politicians will be puppets for ever because of the cases they have and will dance for their tunes...

Northies are 75% in armed forces. They protect the country from our northern neighbors. If they are gone south will be defenseless. Also south would need to import wheat since paddy is the most staple crop in down south.

in that case Gujarat has very negligible % in armed forces but they get a major chunk in every thing, South Indian population is less than 25% but providing 25% people to armed forces.
