Now, if it’s sold to a private company, how does things change ? And if it is not sold, Can you justify the above four points ? And try to keep your response irrespective of politics.

If it’s not sold, it will get into much deeper debts and eventually go bankrupt and all the jobs will be lost. 
 

Those who gave lands were promised jobs, but it’s the Union Government that will take care of the issue and management has to deal with it. If these demands have not been fulfilled for the last 30-40 years, How do you expect it to happen now ?

If it is going into deeper debts just handover the steel plant to State Govt. So this is the conclusion you are coming to if it is not sold it will go into deeper debts ?

Union Government neglect Chesindi. 

They own the company and they go by their rules.

Why would it handover to the state bro ? I can understand the sentiments but why do you think handing it over to state government will solve the problem ? Does the state government have grade-a iron ore mines ?

My conclusion : Its not the era of pubic limited companies. When all these companies were started, there was a need to push for industrialization.

Now if you think privatizing will put 18000 jobs in jeopardy, if not done then also it will meet with similar fate, it will run into the risk of going to bankruptcy, then BIFR, restricting and finally lockout and look for potential take overs. At least today RINL has an upgraded plant whose efficiency is very low. It has land bank, why not push for stake sale and invite for private participation and make it a behemoth where more jobs will be created and more commerce will be established.

and the self pride and history will still be intact.

India la bailout packages lantivi vundavu. Operating margins and expenditure kuda rakapothey only option is lock out. Previously financial packages announce chesetollu, Air India was beneficiary but that's it.

Have you seen bail out packages by Government ?  Government assurance tho banks valla finance infuse chesinaru ae thappa, package antu evadu iyadu. 

State Govt ki management transfer chesthe, Imagine Jaggadu or CBN, pandikokkulaaga tinestaru. They will use used for electoral gains...like inti inti ki visaka ukku...mee inti ki visa ukku..adapaduchu ki steel binde..now do you expect a company to thrive in such politcal situation ?
