Do you think lands in vijayawada guntur are that cheap? They are highly fertile lands and are very expensive even before there was a capital. Real estate developers antha konnadhi around the capital city. Not within the capital city.

AP lo antha water unna areas ekkada unnayi antav? 2 crops pande lands anevi waste argument. One should compare the revenue generated by cities like Hyd, B'lore, Chennai Vs farming. Citiies without good water sources will not sustain in future. Even if they did they will have spend too much on diverting the water every year.
