Not to be rude but who is the main culprit for that ? A real estate venture should never depend on the whims of government policy or  spending  . 

Hyderabad lo apartments unnayi , avi sale kaakapothey state government meedha padi edusthara enti ? 

Speculative real estate is always going to collapse one way or another

Personally I would not vote for anyone of them , I would rather vote for TDP or ycp  but if forced to do so I would vote modi simply on the fact that our district is getting more central allocations under modi than the previous 50 years of central governments . It maybe due to Adani lobbying but it's still something we benefit over long term
