Currently studying BTech CSC 3rd year and planning to take GRE next year

please suggest how to choose colleges for MS....any tips regarding GRE will be useful

1)go either to top colleges like IVY -- high fees but worth it

2)go to bokkalo colleges like SVU NPU -- low fees and straight to mestri after an year

Dont go middle middle colleges . you will mostly end up in bawarchi as waiter or waitress after a sem and live chillara life
