Reasons for ycp clean sweep.... Just I am putting some observations.

TDP is missing connection between ground level cadre and CBN. Somehow second tier and first tier level leaders are all missing in action and social media tdp followers are fixated on BJP completing ignoring the main enemy Jagan. You can gauge that from this DB itself. It is last chance for CBN to stop trying to please all and completely revamp party with new leadership at all levels.   Otherwise 2024 will be disaster.

Meanwhile Mydukuru & Thadipatri models study chesi... what went well there must be implemented in other areas too.

Adi Narayana Reddy is almost Equal to JC Prabhakar Reddy.  Pull him back from BJP somehow and let him start taking Jagan head on.

Last but not least, Let some Fresh voice go into the public and let them point out the failures of Jagan Govt.  But it should be chosen by CBN... and he shouldn't bother about what will happen if that leader become powerful in aftermath.  Along with us... CBN too must be TDP WELLWISHER only.

Who will be in limelight... who will get public attention... he shouldn't bother, instead he must ENCOURAGE such leaders.

2. Ycp camp successful in taking SEC(ninna gadda) acted as per cbn and caste influence.

3. Yes , valunteers played major role to consolidate the votes to ycp on the name of govt freebies disconnection if you re not voted ycp.my area valunteer came up with money.

4. 3 capitals,liquor issue,price hikes,vyzag steel,..etc nothing major done  impact. This knows govt as well opposition.

5.No one feeling suffucating due to in-justice done by central govt.. except few dbians..

I have no betterment ideas  for tdp or cbn position.Still many of tdpians are in-secure with cbn approach.. mainly poor people (TDP core cader) in rayalaseema and few parts of costal area.

Time has to answer for this ..

I don’t know about volunteers corruption but janmabhoomi committes corruption impacted millions of people directly because they were responsible for selecting beneficiaries to govt schemes. CBN even though he realized this negativity in 2017 itself he didn’t take much actions to correct this.

Ofcourse in any local election ruling party will have advantage.
