govt can sell only at govt rates not at market rates like private people so let the private players do the selling eventually what govt gets is the property tax. why is it so difficult for few brainwashed ppl to understand this?

They should not sell those lands , if they really wanted to bring companies or Investment .  They should lease out empty lands to companies . 

State gets new employment , central government gets extra revenue , land can be used by future generations .
