Ft offer theskune time lo em factors consider cheyali. Other than pay, team, title. Public company or pedha company aithe emina advantage untadha. 
 

my scenario: currently working for a big healthcare company(80k emp). Got an offer from privately held mid size(4-5k emp) company. Hike vasthundhi ani jump kottocha if it has same benefits.

1. whether any relocation expenses

2. Any sign on bonus

3. Benefits (401k (your contribution plus emp controbution)

, Life, Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D Accidental Death Dismemberment, HSA (Employer Contribution and yours)

Short and Long Term Disability (if anything happens to you), 

4. Every year Hike, (Around first quarter they do hikes 1%-8% depending on your performances, 

5. Company Bonus - EVery year around first quarter, (This depends on how well your company did, for you to get the bonus once a year). 

6. Vacation - 3-4 weeks normally, Any medical leaves, any other leaves. 

All these your HR will discuss in detail.

Aa benefits anni standard unnayi like 401k, bonus 10%, 20 days vacation. My biggest concern is company type kuda matters aa. It is privately held company. So financial ga stable untadha, or not at all matter aa

should not be a big deal, whats the size of the company, what are they into, what business do they do, 

Mostly it doesnt matter, company and their products gurnchi check cheyi, i think you should be good.
