BJP trying to gain power in Delhi by hook or crook. BJP has been out of power in Delhi for 15 yrs by congress(Sheila) and 8 yrs by AAP(Kejriwal), and with the work Kejriwal is doing, BJP know they won’t be able to rule Delhi through elections , so they passing bills like these to rule Delhi.
