its just for backup. sudden ga H1 poyi...venakki vellali ante kashtam kada. so ppl have the option to move to EAD.

as long as you maintain h1 , it will be back up bro you can be on h1 b until its processed (paccha card vache varaki) , make sure you file 485j ( very simple application in case you changed companies)

Doesn't matter after 180 days

Whole concept of final action dates is it will never retrogress

 

Heard if yiu are in ssme.professiion with natural career progression chances of rejection of 485 is very very low unless comoanybfraud or manam edi aina fraud xhesthe tappa
